Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with VedaAmrith. We want our customers to have a smooth shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.


1. Return Eligibility

Since we sell packaged food products such as noodles, pasta, and instant food items, returns are accepted only in the following situations:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

If any of these issues occur, you may request a return or replacement.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used food products

  • Products with damaged packaging caused after delivery

  • Items returned after the allowed return period


3. Return Request Time

Customers must submit a return request within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Requests made after this time may not be accepted.


4. Proof Required

To process a return request, customers may be required to provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product

  • Proof of purchase


5. Refund Process

Once the return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.


6. Replacement Option

In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement product if the item is available in stock.


7. Cancellation Before Shipping

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
